Biography

Hon. Joyce Bagala Ntwa Ntwa is a Ugandan politician and the current Woman Member of Parliament for Mityana District in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. She is a member of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), the ruling political party in Uganda.

Ntwa Ntwa was born in Mityana District in 1961. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree from Makerere University and a Master of Arts in Public Administration degree from Uganda Management Institute.

Ntwa Ntwa has a long history of public service. She has served as a teacher, a district councilor, and a member of the East African Legislative Assembly. She is also a member of the NRM Women's League, the women's wing of the NRM.

In 2021, Ntwa Ntwa was elected to the Parliament of Uganda, representing the people of Mityana District. She is a vocal advocate for women's rights and gender equality. She is also a strong supporter of President Yoweri Museveni and the NRM.

Ntwa Ntwa is married and has children. She is a devout Christian and a member of the Anglican Church of Uganda.
